EPC Pipeline Dispute – ICC Arbitration
Advised an international oil company (IOC) in a London-seated ICC arbitration concerning a multi-million USD dispute under an EPC contract for the engineering, procurement, construction, installation, testing, and pre-commissioning of a gas pipeline, including associated civil, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation works for a gas delivery project.
Seaport Development & Operations
Advised on Nigeria’s first deep‑sea port development, conducting bankability due diligence, reviewing EPC, concession, land and regulatory agreements, and supporting the US$629 million project financing for construction and operation of two container berths in the Lekki Free Trade Zone.
Lekki Expressway PPP (20–24 km) Development
Advised on a major Lagos State expressway PPP—preparing PPP procurement analyses, conducting regulatory due diligence, advising on the build‑and‑transfer structure, and supporting CRCCII in developing the corridor linking the Lekki Deep Sea Port, FTZ, and Dangote Refinery.

Abuja Airport PPP Concession
Advised IFC and the Bureau of Public Enterprises on the concession of Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport—providing transaction advisory support for management, financing, operation and development of the Federal Government’s flagship airport PPP.
