MTN Nigeria — Spectrum Acquisition & US$2.1 Billion Syndicated Financing
Advised MTN Nigeria on its transformative spectrum and broadband asset acquisition, securing NCC approvals, managing spectrum matters, restructuring operations, and integration, and on a US$2.1 billion syndicated medium-term loan facility to support refinancing, network capex including broadband and emerging technologies, and working capital.
Telecommunications Tower Portfolio — Acquisition & Finance
Advised on significant telecom infrastructure transactions including tower portfolio dealings, financings, and related structures, conducting site-level due diligence, negotiating long-term lease agreements with MNOs, structuring acquisition finance, and securing NCC infrastructure licence transfer.
